I ordered these in the wrong size and was delighted when it was explained I could swap them for the correct size at no charge. The replacement was also sent out superfast. Before then I'd had a lot of contact with the team about stock levels and sizes and they were extremely helpful. I've now got the right size trousers and am really happy with them. They are soft but strong and super comfortable.
