Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a REFUND OF THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
RETURNING AN ORDER.
UK customers can now use the Royal Mail returns portal for Blue Water Clothing returns.
International Returns
All international returns on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We advise researching returns costs before purchasing. All returns must be shipped with enough postal insurance to cover the items.
Return with Royal Mail
- Take your parcel to your local Post Office.
- Easily print a label at home or at your local Post Office.
- Online tracking on all parcels.
- This service is £3.50 and this will be deducted from your total refund amount when processing your return.
- Allow 2 – 3 days for parcel to reach us.
- We will aim to process your return within 1-3 working days. If there are any issues with your return our customer support team will contact you.
- All items returned must include original packaging and accessories. Failure to do so will result in a deduction off your original refund amount.

Alternatively you can return your order via the method below.
- Use your returns slip provided to highlight the items you wish to return and select the reason for return. Place the returns slip into the parcel and post the order back to us using your own choice of courier. Return your items to:

Should you wish to exchange an item then please notify us and we will ship out your exchange free of charge.
2. Make sure all items have the correct labels still attached.
3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been processed. We aim to provide as many updates as possible.

Your refund will be paid as soon as the item is received by our returns department this is usually processed in 1-3 working days but can take up to 7 working days on busier periods.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is deemed faulty.
Use a tracked service for your return. You will be held responsible if it is lost during transit. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 30 days to return your item. If your return item is not received by our returns department outside of this period, you will not qualify for a refund and an alternative will be offered in the form of store credit or an exchange.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. They will only be reimbursed if we are at fault e.g. item faulty or not as described. Please ensure you check sizing guidelines when purchasing to ensure the correct size.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and in the condition as sent.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
** Please be aware our Jewellery Items are NON- RETURNABLE Due to the nature of the products**
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Orders will not be accepted for the following reasons:
An item you have ordered is not in stock.
Your payment is not authorised.
There is an error with either the product, or the pricing.
If we cannot supply an item, we will let you know by e-mail and refund the amount paid for the purchase.
