Customer Returns
Start a return
1: Send us an email to info@bluewater-clothing.co.uk with notification that you wish to return your order and provide the order number and the items you are returning with a reason for each item. We aim to respond within 24hours.
2. Package your parcel and make sure all items have the correct labels still attached and make sure to include your original packing slip or a copy of the email sent raising your return so we can efficiently refund or exchange your items.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been processed. We aim to provide as many updates as possible.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is deemed faulty.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. Postage costs will not be refunded if you as a buyer change your decision and the item is returned after the 30 day period , they will only be reimbursed if we are at fault e.g. item faulty or not as described. Please ensure you check sizing guidelines when purchasing to ensure the correct size.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a refund of the total order value.
